Wine Spectator rated this at 92 points. Not quite sure it is that good. The Portal is from grapes in Portugal. It is definitely a full bodied wine with a hint of spice and really bright red fruits.
At under $17 it is worth a try. I would suggest letting it breath for at least 15-20 minutes.
